I wanted to leave my last post slide to the end. Yesterday I was home first & was about to take our dog for a walk through the woods & around little reservoir. My charming W pulled in & she joined me –one hour brisk walk & causal talk – very nice! Helps me feel a connection – wish she did not fight this kind of thing! We then went out for cheap dinner. I was cordial, friendly but not overflowing with warmth. She was humble, apologetic and somewhat affectionate. Me being the more independent type. Bedtime was similar – no intimacy.
This morning she takes gentle initiate with romance – It has escalated to almost honeymoon intimacy. It has helped my ego & she seems to have come full circle, I asked if she thought the PMS thing was over for now – she was not sure.
Roller Coaster ride is good now!
Thanks for checking in! Peace be with all! HH

I am glad for you that things are looking up.
Does she have bad PMS? Have her see a doctor, there is a lot she can do to overcome this horrible thing.

For 16 years up until a couple years ago, she would typically get severe migrains. She has been to numerous specialist, including neruolgist. Her mentraul cyles began to more spotty (more recently they have been more consisitnet). In January of 2000 she decided she wanted to make some changes, she adopted this plan to offest MLC stress she was imposing on herself (she is 49). She started a mission to lose 35 lbs. & she continus to maintan weight lose -- 5" 4" & 130 lbs. Dresses with much more emphasis on youth, for example most cloths come from the GAP & Old Navey -- A part of this was to develop a sexual appetitie. The first 28 & 1/2 years of our mariage were very non-sexual, despite the fact that we married young because of pregnancy & remember I caught her in an A 20 years ago. A part of this strategy included going off ant-depressants. We are very S active -- normally every day & sometime two and occasinally three times a day. In the midst of her A's we were on this pace.
She does not want to lose these S feeling.
She finally saw a GYN a month or so ago & they did hormone test of some kind. He said she was within normal limits ?? She said she did like this new GYN & did not share much of what was hapening. We got phone mesage her hormones were within normal limits ?? I don't know if there are specialized tests or if she had standard test & it was conclusive. I asked her to call him back & see if she could learn any details -- she did not call. I brought it up another time & it created a small battle. For me to bring these things up, it creates tension & she accusses me of trying to control her! Common phrase anytime I make a suggestion about Marriage enrichment ideas as well. Thanks for checking in! HH

Further Update: We had a mild verbal battle of sorts after church yesterday. I found a box of condoms in my closet. My W had her tubes tied 20 years ago, so I don't use condems. I had found a box of condems in her car after I took her back in Mid-February. These fell off my closet shelve (which is not visible with cloths hanging down) when I hung up my sports coat. I kept some diry magazines & videos on this shelve, but cleared it off when I took my W back in mid-February, as a gesture to end a co-addiction. She had entertained these guys in our home, but said they were in guest room, (only apprpiate don't you think! ), but that does not mean she was honest about that. We keep lovemaking accessories in night stand next to bed. Many of these she had with her on D/D, so it would not be out of the realm of possibility she entertained them in our room where these were more accessable. When I asked her about these condems she was very convincing that they were not hers. She used that to bring up issues with me & tried to infer that perhaps I was fooling around. She made a good point, that if they were hers, why would she keep them in my closet. We later went for another walk with the dog through the woods and around the small lake. I did lots of domestic things -- racked more leaves, ironed 8 shirts, moved a dresser from upstairs room off the kitchen down to basement. Then in early evening I felt real passion & affection in love making! I felt really connected.
In regards to the condems, I am totally confused. It is possible I bought them years ago, just as a novelity thing, but I have no recollection of that. I don't see how I could have not seen them in February when I cleaned out the other things?? Any ideas?? Would she keep them there, thinking that if I found them, she could claim innocence, compared to if I found them in her dresser or something. I have bad thoughts, like perhaps she was entertaining in our room & OM stuck them there -- I know that does not make sense, unless maybe he did it as a prank on her? OR they were rushed & he left them behind & she sweep them up & stuck them away & then forgot. My imagination is running wild here. I am welcome to any suggestion on this -- ?? Should I go back into investigation mode? Or do I try to forget & move on? Particularily after last evenings lovemaking seesions, I though I was doing better about not focusing on her, but I really don't want to be played for a fool again.
