Oh I had to bite my tounge!!!!
After dinner me, the kids and XW(WS), were going shopping. On the way there I told her my boss's D just went through. She said something really bad about him and I said he's not like that at all, he's a devoute christian.
Then she said, "he sure doesn't act like it, he had an A didn't he!" I had to ignore the fact that we are christians and she had an A. I did ask if having an A makes you an non-christian. She said "it's breaking the commandments isn't it?" I sat there and just had to blow it all off... I just drove in disbelief and laughing on the inside. But I didn't LB and I wanted to sooo bad, it was a golden opportunity but I just bit my tounge. What a hypocrite! I hope at some point she realizes what she was saying.
Later she bought herself a chain with a cross on it.
It's also really ironic to me because I was talking to someone here on these boards ealier today about my loss of faith. Weird coincedence.
Oh yeah, for an update to the night in general... all in all, pretty good night. Any night I walk away feeling better about our chances is a step in the right direction to me. Inside the store she held my hand a little, put her arm around me and gave me a big hug. We ended the night after shopping. She gave me a long hug, and a nice kiss, told me to dream about her, wished me a good night, and an I love you. I love it when she says that first. Still hated to hear her say "I'll call you in the morning". Much rather her tell me good night in bed together, like all last week and all last month. But it was nice no matter what.
[ November 02, 2001: Message edited by: kb4jb ]
