What d'yall think about this...
I've posted my Plan B letter recently, and got lots of great feedback - thank you again.
I was thinking on the train this morning about adding one sentence:
"I do thank you sincerely for the times you have expressed love for me over the past while, but I’ve come to a place where I need more than that as a person."
Rationale? 1. It reminds her that, yes in fact she HAS admitted she LOVES me, even recently. 2. OM will be getting a copy of this - my guess is that she's NEVER admitted this to him - so a lie of omission is revealed to the light of day.
What do you think? Too manipulative? A hidden LB? (It is an "I" statement after all.)

I'd change "past while" to a specific time frame, and I'd leave off "as a person", just saying I need more than that.
I don't get an LB vibe from it, and I think it is honest and reasonable.

J.R.,
I would eliminate the second half of the sentence, the part with ...but I've....
The "but" negates everything before it. You might just as well have not made that preceeding, nice statement.
The plan B letter itself is telling her you need something more (or different). You could just leave it at that.
JMHO,
Jeffers

How about this: "I do thank you sincerely for the times you have expressed love for me over the past six months – it’s strengthened me."
