Hi to All....Thanks for the advice. I have an appt with lawyer this week, H hasn't seen her...OW is writing to him. Afraid to come to house and changed my phone number. I gave him an ultimatum! I have an appt for STD testing and gyn. H is now a stone cold drunk (he is alcoholic). From morning to night..Has a seizure disorder. Took him to Dr. last Mon, said he didn't feel good while in waiting room, went to get Dr., H had seizure there. Quite an experience! I am doing pretty good! (Considering) Many thanks to Heart66! Sorry it took me so long to get back here! I don't get on the computer at home too much....I work a full-time plus job. I did see my counselor this week. She has agreed with plans I set forth to her. Just noted that I cover my anger with laughter! (it takes less muscles right now). My fibromyalgia is kicking my [censored]....I need to quit smoking (again), but it takes less than this to count me out! I will be back soon! Love to you all and thanks!

Thanks for keeping us posted.<p>Re: Fibromyalgia, I've heard sugar and white foods (low fiber/high glycemic) really cause it to flare. Try to avoid those if you can right now.<p>I'm proud of the step you've taken. I'm sure it was difficult but you sound like a trooper.<p>Keep hanging in there.<p>Hoping
