I have done it again. I am so ashamed that I don't want to see my h'S face. Maybe I'm not meant to be married. Maybe I should call it quits. I am so confused. Help?!

Hi Londonite,
You sound kind of frantic. I don't know what you think you've done, but calm down. Is it something that you can talk about? Post when you can,
Janice

Janice,
I have had my 2nd affair. Noting Sexual, but not totally unphysical. Make sense? I think I need to call it quits and be a single person. Sure would be easier than going through this again. H knows about 1st time. I just don't want to hurt my 3 yr old.
londonite

You mentioned on another thread that your husband works out of town a lot. How often is he home? Any chance of him finding a job that would keep him at home? Do you get to communicate while he is gone?
What was his reaction to the first affair? Does he understand your reasoning behind these relationships (I'm assuming your reasons are neglect/boredom/loneliness)? I'm sure that giving up on your marriage is not what you want because if it was, you wouldn't be so upset about this now.
Do you feel you need to turn to other men for emotional support instead of family members or female friends? I know what it is to feel neglected and unloved/unappreciated, and while the attention you get from OM may feel great while it lasts, the shame and guilt soon start eating you up.
Have you talked to a counselor or maybe a pastor about this?
I hope all goes well for you. Keep us posted.
Janice
