To add to the Texan culture on this thread....
I have a friend that is an attorney and his method of defense in a murder case is to get the jury to answer two questions....
1)did the victim need killin'?
2)did the right person do the killin'?
If he can get the jury to answer in the affirmative to both questions, it is a guaranteed acquittal.
