Okay, your husband needs to talk to you. Not about the OW's account. He needs to know how much you know, how much OW's husband knows, etc. They are always extremely interested in how things went down.
YOU are in control now.
If you are feeling calm, invite him over. If you feel like more lies and denial will cause you to LB, then let him know that this has all been very upsetting to you, and you will talk to him later.
There is no hurry now. You might feel like you need to DO more, but you've set the ball in motion. There are things going on behind the scene that you know NOTHING about. The picture will become much clearer in the next couple of days.

Alison, if he comes over tonight it will be real important to not reveal that you hired a P.I. I would also tell him that the OWH has evidence of the affair that you will be getting so there is no reason to continue to deny it.
Don't tell him anything else and don't let him manipulate you. Tell him you will not discuss divorce but will only discuss reconciliation. Try to sound like a broken record.

He found out about the PI getting her cell phone because I left some info on my computer. He confronted me about it and I didn't lie. So he has known about it for a while...
He just emailed me this, " don't have a need to contact anyone... I'm telling you this for your own benefit.
It doesn't affect me at all." -- that was in regards to telling him he should speak to my lawyer about that..

I am way to scared of what he will say to mo tonight. Let's see if he comes up with another excuse to talk to me tonight... Maybe I will let him, maybe I won't. I am a bit overwhelmed to some serious LB's may come out... I have not mentiond D once, he has mentioned it several times.. I think maybe I may just have to do a 180..
