I will look into those sites.

Sir, You need to post OM on those sites NOW!

Good for you for calling the dr. You seem to be a person who gets things done. That will serve you well!

Best thing you can do is answer your kids questions honestly in an age appropriate manner.

Been on the phone a good bit of the morning with the WW and the IG's office. They are supposed to call me back ... again. Conversation with the WW today has been very difficult. Made it a point to try and stay as positive as possible but man does she love to throw stuff in my face and not expect anything in return. So ... so difficult. Anyway I made it a point to inform her that I would like for her to move back home. Given her many more positive reasons it would be a good thing. The only real negative that she can stick to is we would just fight more, I would ignore her. Says we don't have a marriage or relationship. There is nothing to save. Apparently we haven't had a marriage in a long time. I really hate all of this.

My kids are so young not really sure what to tell them. Just turned 5 and the other one is 3. Yeah if I have a plan of action I try to just cross things off my list so that I can move forward onto the next thing.

Just tell her you are done fighting.

The 5 year old is old enough to understand the concept of adultery. I would explain the affair to this child and explain why adultery is wrong. Tell him/her the name of the bad man who wants to break up their family.

Much easier said than done. When ever we have any conversation it is like talking to a brick wall. I get no where. And reguardless of the topic or anything else we "always fight about everything".

Alright I guess I can tell my daughter. IG asked me to forward any proof that I had as far as the two of them having the affair. Plan on doing that this evening when I get home.

EVERYTHING is much easier said than done. But that does not mean you can't do it. Stop fighting and start focusing on being the most pleasant person you can be. When she brings up any grievances tell her you will stop doing that. Stop talking to her about your relationship and focus on being an attractive DATE.

I will do my best. Stop talking about our relationship will prolly be the hardest one to do. It honestly seems like that is one of the only things we talk about anymore.

Here is the link ***EDIT***

Yes, it is. But it's something we all had to learn to do to recover our marriages.

Antidepressants helped markos to stop fighting me.

Keep this in mind, as well: she WANTS you to fight with her. Because when you do, it proves to her that you are the bad guy and that justifies her affair in her mind. Don't give her that satisfaction. Be the annoyingly calm man that blows that fantasy out of the water.

Good job!! hurray Please remove that link from your post, though. You don't want someone to read that and contact that dirtbag and lead him to this thread. Also, make sure to email him and his family with that link!!

fc, I would go to his facebook page and send PMs containing this link to all of his contacts. In your PM, identify yourself as the husband and ask them to use their influence to persuade OM to leave your wife alone. Sign your name and give them your phone #. You will have to pay a $1 to get it placed into their inbox.

I would also make your profile picture a good picture of you, your wife and your children.

Dear friend of Scumbag,

I believe all of OM's friends should be aware that he is having an affair with my wife, Susie Doe. We have been married for XX years and have 2 small children. They have been having this affair since October according to the evidence.

My wife confessed this affair on XX-XX-XXXX and it continues to this day.

I would ask that you use your influence with OM to persuade him to leave my wife alone. You should also watch your own wives around him because he is no friend to marriage.

I would appreciate it if someone would notify his parents and ask them to call me at xxx-www-xxxx.
Thank you, BH
